The ridiculous rules continue here in the East Bay.  Particularly now on 580 or as I want to say it THE 580 because I'm an overly tan former So Cal dude.  Signs saying one particular rule, like no littering or no parking, are obnoxiously placed at max 30 foot intervals along the road.  Meanwhile, there's some wackadoo erecting ridiculous billboards on his premises next to THE 580 that tout how the Bay Area is being "globalized."  They are the poorest written billboards, to boot.  Even this blog is better written.  Shock.

Today we hear from Benita, the Disgruntled Fiddle Player, and the Brewmaster, PLUS it's the DEBUT of a brand new segment called MATTHEWS NEWS where we'll look at some recent interesting news stories pulled from the finest publications in the land that still somehow turn a profit putting ink to paper.
