and so 4th of July advertising has begun
Let's get patriotic and make some dough
Waving flags and saying "everything must go!"
Our economy needs to get moving again
So everybody buy stuff you'll never use again
Like that thing for the kitchen that does something you forgot
and those shoes that looked cute now you don't know why you bought
It's like Christmas time only without the snow and with a fireworks fetish
Colorful explosions may look nifty
but they drive your dogs into a frenzy
